About ordering

While accounts aren’t mandatory to order from our store, we strongly advise that you create an account before you order.  In addition, it will make your ordering process faster as it will store your shipping information. Finally, you’ll be able to see your order history and the status of each order when you log in your account. 

Coupon codes are a great way to save on our LARP equipment. We often share coupon codes with our email subscribers and our Facebook fans during promotions. Coupon codes are also available to purchase with SokolWorkshop in our reward app.

You can use the coupon code during the checkout process. On desktop, there is a field called “Discount Code” on the left side of the screen. On Mobile, this field will be available at the Payment step, just before the credit card information.

Important : Note that you can only use a coupon code at once. 

All purchases of SokolWorkshop products are covered by a return policy of 60 days.

About shipping

The shipping fee of each order varies based on the destination, the weight and the size of the parcel. We always ensure that you don’t pay more than the minimum rate for your order. In addition, we do not charge anything for packaging and handling of your order.

Production will take about 3-4 weeks.
Standard delivery 7-14 days.
Express delivery 3-5 days (DHL).
If you have a deadline before which you need to receive parcel just contact us.

Your order will switch status from unfulfilled to fulfilled when it is ready to be shipped. On that same day, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

You won’t receive a tracking number as soon as you order. If the item isn’t ready and shipped, it is normal that you don’t have a tracking number yet.  

For countries within North America, the European Union and Australia, we offer two shipping solutions :

DHL International Economy : Duty and taxes Included
When choosing DHL International Economy, the duty and import taxes are included and we will take care of any fees at customs for you. You will receive your precious cargo like it was ordered locally.

For other countries, we cannot be held liable for these charges, nor can we determine the cost to these charges in advance. Please contact your local customs office for this information. If customs refuses or returns the package for any reason, we reserves the right to charge you for all subsequent shipping charges. If the parcel is denied or returned by your local customs, the amount of the order will be refunded.

Duties can sometimes hold some packages and ask for more information. If this happens, contact us at info@calimacil.com and we will help you provide the necessary documentation to unhold the package.

It is important to communicate with us to ensure that you receive your products on time. As several item are made to order, it is also necessary to count the manufacturing times for certain models. Contact us beforehand to ensure deadlines.

Most shipping methods offer a tracking number with your package. You can therefore follow your shipment as soon as it leaves our workshops or our store to your delivery address. Contact us if in doubt.
