1. General Provisions
1.1. This personal data processing policy has been drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation dated July 27, 2006. 2. Definitions used in the Policy

Operator – public authority, municipal authority, legal entity or an individual, independently or jointly with other persons organizing and (or) processing personal data, as well as determining the purposes of processing personal data, the composition of personal data to be processed, actions (operations) performed with personal data;

Provision of personal data – actions aimed to disclosing personal data to a certain person or a certain circle of persons;

– execution of an agreement to which the Operator is a party, concluded for the purpose of fulfilling by the Operator of contractual and other obligations to the subject of personal data;

4. Legal basis for the personal data processing
4.1. By filling out the appropriate forms and / or sending his personal data to the Operator, the User agrees with this Policy.

5. The procedure of collecting, storing, transferring and other types of personal data processing
5.1. The security measures of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational and technical measures necessary to execution fully with the requirements of the current legislation in the field of personal data protection.
5.2. The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to exclude access to personal data of unauthorized persons.
5.3. The User’s personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the implementation of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
The Operator has the right to transfer personal data to the investigators and investigative authorities, other authorized authorities on the grounds provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.4. In the event of inaccuracies in personal data, the User can update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator’s e-mail address sokol.remeslo@mail.ru marked “Updating personal data”.
5.5. The period for processing personal data is unlimited. The User can withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a notification to the Operator’s email address sokol.remeslo@mail.ru marked “Withdrawal of consent to the personal data processing”.
5.6. In order to control the quality of the services provided, the Operator has the right to record the consultations conducted as part of the provision of consulting services. The Operator has the right to keep such records for 1 month from the date of consultation. The Operator undertakes to delete such records after 1 month from the date of the record.
6. Updating, correcting, deleting and destroying personal data, responding to requests from subjects for access to personal data
6.1. In case of confirmation of inaccurate or illegal processing of personal data, the latter must be updated by the Operator. Processing is stopped for the duration of the update.
6.2. If the subject of personal data withdraws consent to processing personal data, the personal data must be destroyed by the Operator from all paper and electronic media, as well as from all automated systems within the legal time limit.
6.3. In case of receiving a statement about the inaccuracy of personal data, the Operator confirms this fact, and then updates the personal data with subsequent notification of the subject by mail / e-mail / by phone.
7. Cross-border transfer of personal data
7.1. Before starting the cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator is obliged to make sure that the foreign state, to whose territory it is supposed to transfer personal data, provides reliable protection of the subjects of personal data’s rights.
7.2. Cross-border transfer of personal data on the territory of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements can be carried out only if the subject of personal data consent in writing to the cross-border transfer of his personal data and / or the execution of an agreement to which the subject of personal data is a party.

8.2. This document will reflect any changes in the personal data processing Policy by the Operator. The Policy is valid indefinitely until it is replaced by a new version.
